Why did we start Love By Nature?

Health is wealth. When we are sick, our health is the one thing we wish we could get back. Prevention is better than cure - let us take care of ourselves. Welcome and thank you for being here.
May we all know true health. May we know love. May we be happy. May we stop normalising suppression, depression, and paracetamol !
What world are we living in?
We are in "a mental and physical health crisis". Why is it happening?
True health allows us to thrive, have purpose, and feel into the unique blueprint of our human design. We tune into our body, noticing how powerfully intelligent it is to feel, connect, and heal.
It seems that most people are not functioning any where near their highest potential, some are just trying to make it through the day, working, and then distracting themselves with their desired distraction.
As part of our nature, we search for connection to feel something good (like love), we seek connection, and we use different means to attain this connection. When we are in lack, this desire to feel good becomes stronger and stronger, leading to quick comfort hits and dopamine spikes.
As a population, it seems we have never been more disconnected from our source , yet many are searching for some sort of connection.
The modern day world seem to profit and thrive off of the connections we long for.
Throughout our day, we are bombarded with advertisement from various companies which promote consumption and disconnection.
At the same time, we are also confronted with news and media stories which influence fear responses and misfortune, all seemingly to contribute to this lack that we feel.
Whether this spread of information is necessary or not, it does not take away from the fact that the constant negative information seeps into our Being, and affect our states and desires (if we let it). "You are in control until it controls you".
The brain is clever, it learns what makes us feel good, remembers it and then craves it. It is unfortunate that we are exposed to things that make us feel good, but are not truly good for us.
Without second thoughts, many of us reach for solutions that are presented to us on a plate, the TV, or mobile phone.
These solutions tend to keep us consuming.
Driven by desires
We are driven by our desires to look good, feel good, be happy, and have good connections. The reality is, according to statistics and general common sense, a lot of us remain unhappy, like there is something missing. Some reach for the biscuit jar, book a new holiday, or reach for the bottle. All the while, our body tries to keep up, fighting with the suppression of how we truly feel.
As the consumption and destruction increases, there seems to be increasingly negative effects.
Naturally, people choose explore different ways to combat how they truly feel, for example, there are people who are becoming increasingly aware of the effect of their consumption and choosing to walk the path of awareness, and those who are remaining in ignorance (ignorance is a poison in Buddhism).
I started LHN to offer a space to talk about true health and vitality, to offer products that can support us on our health awareness journey, all through the perspective of openness, transparency, honesty, and as a student of life.
I have learnt along the way not to identify and be attached to information, but to metaphorically "put things in my pocket" - to save information for later, it may come back around with more clarity and insight. This mindset has helped me to be open to all possibilities, and be fluid like water.
Reality
The reality is, people are suffering, and we don't actually need to live like this.
The advertisement we are subject to is cleverly designed to resonate with our basic needs (drive to feel good, spiritual resonance, connections, etc), and our bio-pathways like dopamine hacks. Industries are profiting from sickness, paracetamol has become the norm, and more and more people are being "diagnosed" with conditions that have their causes rooted in dis-comfort, dis-ease.
The other side of it is, people are waking up and healing, taking back the power they have over their senses and their right to a healthy life.
I will go into more as I write more blogs, but to give you insight, I struggled with my health, and ultimately I had a health awakening. I have learnt the importance of keeping my feet on the ground, to discern, and truly tune into what is good for me - even when it is hard. Healing is possible.
Generally, it seems that people either care a lot about their health or find it too overwhelming to think about. Unconscious and emotional consumption is common, many are attached to the food we eat, some feel deeply that if they were not to receive certain unhealthy foods then they would not be okay. We are living in comfort, but the path to health is freedom, joy, and awakening. Also - it is not our fault, but we can reclaim responsibility. This is why it is an awakening, because we have been told to just go to a doctor, to not truly know our body, to just have the drug that suppresses the symptom, you'll be alright and back in work tomorrow.
The journey for me started off by
- Eating from the Earth: "if God didn't make it, don't eat it"
- Not consuming ultra-processed foods
- Not consuming seed oils
- Introducing alkaline foods to attain an alkaline state: melons, sea moss, avocado, quinoa, bell peppers, cucumber
- Eating raw fruits and vegetables throughout the day
- Not consuming processed sugar
- Switching from sugary tea to green and other herbal tea
- Not consuming dairy and meat
These are personal approaches that helped me initially. Food is energy, ital is vital. Do what serves your highest good.
The people that have inspired me along the way include Dr Sebi, Dr Robert Morse, Dr Eric Berg, Barbara O'Neill, Dr Michael Gregor. With all information and sources, I put things in my pocket. It is a matter of trial and error, and feeling into what worked for me, and learning along the way.
Over the years, my body has changed, my senses have heightened, and I have felt physical blocks be released. I enjoy the study and the process. I am grateful that I can share my journey. The herbs and mushrooms I work with, and now offer here as part of LHN, are those of which that can truly offer amazing health benefits if worked with appropriately and for the right reasons.
We are in a world that seems designed to numb the the senses. I want to do it the other way round. We are not robots or rats made to work for money and pay bills. We have emotions and we are inter-dimensional beings, capable of so much more than we may realise.
Through improving the state of our body, looking after our health, we tap into worlds that we were not taught at school or in a doctors office.
We are one family.
Wishing you a beautiful day filled with love and laughter!
Take Care,
RG
