How to Use

Use first thing in the morning before eating or drinking.

Stand in front of a mirror and extend your tongue comfortably.

Place the curved edge of the scraper towards the back of your tongue (only as far back as is comfortable).

Gently pull the scraper forward to remove the coating from the tongue.

Rinse the scraper after each pass and repeat 5–10 times, or until your tongue feels clean.

Rinse your mouth thoroughly, then continue with brushing and flossing as usual.
After each use, wash your tongue scraper with warm water and mild soap, then dry it completely. Over time, natural copper may develop a patina, which is a normal characteristic of pure copper and can be polished if desired.
